At Rose Tendre Vintage, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in the best possible condition.
Below you will find clear information about how we process and ship your items.
Where We Ship
We currently ship orders from our boutique in Brussels within Belgium and to other destinations shown at checkout.
If you would like to place an order to a country that is not available online, please contact us before purchasing
so we can check options and availability.
Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and packed within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Our team carefully inspects and packages each vintage or preloved item to ensure it arrives in the condition described
on the product page.
Delivery Time
- Within Belgium: standard delivery usually takes around 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other EU destinations (if available at checkout): usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, weekends, or busy periods. Once a parcel has been handed to
the courier, transit time is outside our direct control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, parcel size/weight, and the shipping method you select.
The final shipping fee is always shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes for deliveries outside Belgium are the responsibility of the customer,
unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
When tracking is included with your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
You can use this number to follow your parcel’s progress until it reaches your address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at
support@rosetendre.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
We will work directly with the courier to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate solution in line with our
Return & Refund Policy.
