At Rose Tendre Vintage, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something is not quite right,
we offer a clear and transparent return process. Please read the guidelines below for full details.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Products are in their original condition, unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and with any tags or
    labels still attached.
  • Vintage and preloved items may show natural signs of age or gentle wear. These are always described on the product page
    and are not considered defects.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or similar may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

We kindly ask customers to handle all pieces with care, especially delicate vintage garments and jewelry.

Please include your order number and contact details inside the package. This helps us process your return faster.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@rosetendre.com within 14 days of receiving your order,
    and mention your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and send you return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in the original packaging, and ship it to the return address listed above using a
    trackable service.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and update you by email.

Refunds

After we receive your return and confirm that it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within
approximately 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where we shipped the incorrect item or where
local consumer law requires otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • If we shipped the wrong item or the item is clearly faulty beyond the described vintage condition, we will review your
    case and may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
